As a youth leader I believe there are many times that you will feel like you can't hold it any more ...lots of stress and lots of emotional pain some from your subordinates and some other from your bosses but always _r.e.m.e.m.b.e.r_

For each you take on the leadership ladder ...take it in complete faith because its a real ladder ...each step counts so take all steps in faith and never give up please

Reading will transform you from a trying leader to a complete competent leader ...use every day to read and learn something new

As students youth leaders executive ...make it a priority to always inspire and uplift your subordinates especially in times when they will feel so down in their service...make it your role to always remind them not to give up

Specially the Headprefect many times you need to spare a moment and thank your subordinates for working with you well and working so tirelessly so as to morale boost them and also inspire them to work even more

Long-term leadership will be a great asset that you will always be grateful to have. It will serve you , strengthen you and provide an extra ordinary life for yourself and your electorate.
