Interested in fitness, self-defense, self-improvement and fun? Come train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) with the Gomes BJJ Academy. Beginners are more than welcome!
People of all body sizes, ages, fitness and experience welcome to join. We train at Selina Plaza, besides MTN Service Center at Kabalagala on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 17:00. And on Saturdays at 11am. Please show up wearing regular sports clothing, no shoes required. Classes are thought by Weverson Gomes, an experienced BJJ black belt.
