We all come to the world with a certain capacity both physically and .

Our many mental abilities, such as , , , or , have innate potential.

However, to what extent and in what way our and latent powers can come to is determined by personal, family and social investment in these abilities.

While the skills invested over time are preserved and developed, the development of those who do not have the chance to express stops and becomes blunt.

Especially the first years of childhood is very important for realizing these potentials.

Skills nurtured by exercises over the years become stronger and better.

Physical exercises should work all muscle systems in a balanced manner, and mental exercises should work different skill groups proportionally.

The current levels of abilities should be determined correctly and run with appropriate exercise.

Namasuba Juventus Soccer Academy social responsibility project LIFE AND SPORTS coordinated by Nile Humanitarian Development Agency started with opening ceremony on 1st December 2019 running for 3 months.

Mind Games seminar and application were held as part of the project with the aims of developing social, emotional and cognitive skills of young people in U11, U13, U15 and U17 age groups of Namasuba Juventus Soccer Academy.

Mind Games tournament will be held and the successful players shall be rewarded with certificates and other prizes.

Speaking about the project, the club president Mr. Kigongo Farouk, stated that in addition to providing the development of children in the areas of strategy, planning, logic – memory integration, visual perception and productivity while using mind games in sports, they also help to improve the quality of life.

The mind games coordinator explained that they are trying to develop young people with long-term memory, great thinking skills to prepare them for the future and other achievements such as:

1.Keeping the young people away from bad and harmful habits.

2.Strengthening solidarity and cooperation among young people.

3.Developing empathy and decision-making skills among the young people to enable them participate in social and sporting activities.

4.Providing games, sports and activity-based training to help young people feel as valuable individuals.

5.Contributing to the development of competition and gentleman culture by organizing Mind Games and Chess Tournaments.
