Remembering my dear friend [BABA, INNOCENT MBABALI]

It's hard to believe it's been a year since you left us on September 15, 2023. Your passing has left a gaping hole in my life and the lives of everyone who knew you.

You were more than just a friend - you were a constant presence, always available and willing to lend a listening ear or a helping hand. Your love for working with children was inspiring, and your ability to connect with others was truly special.

Your social butterfly spirit and infectious enthusiasm made every gathering a joyous occasion. You had a gift for making everyone feel seen and heard, and your kind heart wished only the best for those around you.

Your loss is still felt deeply, and I find myself wondering how someone so full of life and love could be taken from us so soon. You are irreplaceable, my friend, and I will carry the memories of our time together with me always.
The times we trained hockey together around the country, sleepless night, travelling, struggling to win, having no food but we kept smiling, a lot of challenges and fun, experience the three of us had.

Rest in peace, dear [BABA]. Your legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew you." And I will make sure our dreams come true one day what you loved most to have a sports centre in Uganda your home to change lives.

Grassroot is the way to go.

After a long holiday after the passing away of our foundation founder, we have been off work but we are back in business to do what we are best of offering. Coaching skills to the future athletes through the hockey sports.

After a long period of time since the loss of our team leader, now we are back with our holiday community programs across the communities we have been operating from.

The family of the late Innocent Mbabali is grateful for the messages, financial and physical support that you provided from when you learnt of the sudden death of their son, repatriating the body from Netherlands and finally laying him to rest!

No amount of words can express how thankful we are.

Dear all, as you are aware right now, our very own Innocent Mbabali passed away on Friday in the Netherlands.

We are in need of Eurs 6,000 to repatriate his body back hom through a Turkish firm & the Ugandan Mission in Brussels. These funds are needed asap so that we can take the body out of the morgue and avoid extra storage charges.
