Jurgen Klopp was left fuming by Leicester City's opener in their 3-1 win over Liverpool on Saturday after the goal came courtesy of much VAR controversy.
There was confusion among both teams in the eventual awarding of the Foxes' first goal.
The much-maligned video refereeing technology initially ruled in Liverpool and midfielder Thiago's favour when judging that his foul on Harvey Barnes was just outside the box and therefore not a penalty.
But James Maddison swung in the subsequent free-kick, which missed everyone as it curled past Alisson into the bottom left corner.
VAR was again involved because Leicester full-back Daniel Amartey was adjudged to be offside, having not touched the ball but being active and interfering with play.
However, the machinery at Stockley Park decided that Amartey was played just onside by Roberto Firmino's foot, eventually awarding Maddison and Leicester the goal.
Speaking after the game, Klopp said the first goal was 'a really tough one to take'.
'We all agree it was a turning point,' he said.
'I've seen it now a couple of times and the moment they stop the situation and you look who is offside, he (Amartey) didn't even touch the ball yet. It's still an individual decision of someone.
'For me it looks like a clear offside.'

And according to the Athletic, Lukaku is high up in those discussions, with the Inter striker widely admired at the club.
The Belgium international has been in inspired form for the Serie A side this season, scoring 20 times across all competitions for Antonio Conte's men.
Lukaku joined Inter from City's rivals Manchester United, however, it is reported that there are no concerns over the player's ties to his former club.
