This week, we delivered food to families in Karenga whose crops were destroyed by elephants and to vulnerable and elderly people in the IK community in Timu Sub-county.

When elephants destroy a family’s crops, they take away much more than a harvest. They take away food that families depend on for the days ahead.

We delivered food to help families through this difficult period, but the need is far from over.

The fundraiser is still ongoing, and more affected families need our support. Donate today and help put food on the table for a family facing hunger.

Cycling in Karamoja goes beyond riding from one point to another.

It’s long roads, open landscapes, tough climbs, hot days and the kind of views that make you stop and look around.

You will ride through communities, meet people along the way, feel the dust under your wheels and push yourself further than you thought you could.

After a week of celebrating Karamoja, we are back to saving lives.

While we celebrate the festival, we know that celebration means little when some families are still struggling to put food on the table.

That’s why last Saturday Kara-Tunga took food to communities in need … made possible by the generous donations you gave to help save lives.
