Story time. Someone recently asked me why I sharpen knives. I told them I do it to “take the edge off.” It was a joke, but it’s also true. Outside of Cajun Edge, I work a full time job handling severe injury and fatality auto insurance claims - both in and out of litigation. I’ve seen a lot over the years. Cajun Edge takes me out of it and gives me the chance to also be good at something using my hands. I got into sharpening originally because I am a knife enthusiast myself and enjoy sharp knives, just like many of you.

Anyone else have a wife that carries a blade? It didn’t happen overnight, but my wife appreciates the value of having a knife on her - especially a sharp one! Of course it had to be purple.
