Hey mamas 🤍
If you’re looking for swim lessons this spring/summer, I just opened up another session ☀️
I teach children (starting as young as crawling!) with a focus on water safety first:
• floating on their back
• getting to the wall
• calling for help
I offer private, group, and sibling lessons 🫧

I’ve also been training someone the past few summers who will be helping me take on a few families this season, so we’re able to expand availability and provide more little ones with these life-saving skills 🤍 It’s something we’re both really passionate about!
My previous sessions filled quickly, so spots are limited!

Thank you to everyone who has been so patient as I get back to everyone for swimming lessons! I have started nursing clinicals again this semester so my response to everyone who is looking to book has been a lot slower!

I’m still reaching out to people on a first come first serve basis, once I’m fully booked, anyone who is still left on my form, will receive an email being notified that they are on an overflow list!

Registration is open friends! These are the sessions available, First and Second session are full from last years waitlist. Overflow from session 1&2 had access to this registration before so spots are extremely limited and are on a first come first serve basis! I will reach out to you once you fill out the form to find a time that works best!

Once babies start crawling, they become fast — and curious. Most drownings happen when no one expects it. When a door is left open. When someone gets distracted. — it’s the hard reality. Survival swim teaches little ones how to float, breathe, and stay calm — even before they can speak or walk. It’s not about fear, but time, consistency, and preparation. In the first six months of life, babies have an incredible natural reflex called the bradycardic response, part of the mammalian dive reflex. When their face is submerged in water, this reflex is instantly triggered — causing them to instinctively hold their breath, open their eyes, slow their heart rate, and redirect blood flow to protect vital organs like the brain and heart. This reflex is strongest in the first 6 months of life and gradually fades as the baby grows. Exposing babies to water early, while this reflex is still active, can help them form a positive association with the water and build comfort for future swimming skills.
