This is a new ministry at Bells United Methodist Church. It is a women's devotional based fitness group, created to encourage and support!

Come ready to get in shape physically, mentally, and spiritually every Tuesday starting at 6:30pm. We will also meet on other days during the week or weekend if you are able. These times will be post on our page. Tuesdays will be the only meetings that also included devotion.
