Position Type: Full-Time, Seasonal/Year-Round (Weekends, evenings, & holidays Required)

About Us
The Bridges Golf Club is a premier public 18-hole, par-72 golf course nestled in the scenic countryside of Adams County, Pennsylvania. Known for our beautifully maintained layout, all-turf practice areas, on-site Green Horizon Grill, and the unique Bridges Guest Quarters, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional experience to our members and public guests. We are seeking a service-oriented, organized, and energetic individual to join our Pro Shop team.

Position Overview
The Full-Time Pro Shop Attendant serves as the frontline ambassador for The Bridges Golf Club. You will ensure efficient operation of the golf shop, deliver five-star customer service, manage tee-time reservations, and assist with merchandising and tournament logistics.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Provide friendly, welcoming guest check-in services and handle telephone inquiries.
Tee Time Coordination: Manage and book daily tee-time reservations accurately through our POS software.
Point of Sale: Handle cash and credit card transactions securely while adhering to operational standards.
Merchandise Management: Keep shelves stocked, process new inventory arrivals, and maintain an organized, upscale retail layout.
Operations Assistance: Assist the Director of Golf and Tournament Coordinators with out-of-shop event logistics as needed.
Player Services: Support outside services, cart fleet management, and starting/marshaling duties when requested.

Qualifications & Skills
Customer First Mindset: Excellent communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
Golf Knowledge: Prior understanding of golf terminology, equipment, and etiquette is highly preferred.
Technical Savvy: Comfort using computer software for scheduling, processing payments, and data entry.
Reliability: Ability to handle evening shifts, weekends, and holidays according to peak golf seasonal demands.
Physical Stamina: Capacity to stand for extended periods and lift boxes of merchandise or golf bags up to 40 lbs.

This year marked 15 incredible years of this special tradition, and our very first Mother’s Day as B&B Hospitality. It truly means the world to see so many families come together each year to celebrate and honor the wonderful mothers in their lives.

Without question, this is one of our favorite days of the year. The smiles, laughter, and memories shared throughout the day are what make this event so meaningful to our entire team.
