12U FB Braves White goes to Cooperstown 2022

What an amazing experience! Thank you to everyone who took part in donating toward a trip that these boys (& families) will never forget! SO many memories on & off the field. Only one comes out as champion and although it wasn’t us, our boys showed up. Three wins in pool play earned them a spot in the top 50% of teams seeded out of the 56 total that attended week 11 for the playoffs. A tough playoff loss in extra innings stopped our run on the field but the memories kept coming.
Because of generous donations for these boys, they will receive professional photos from their games & ceremonies in a few weeks. Most of these pics are outside of gametime. Thank you Coach Dylan, Coach Nick, all the families & supporters.

Cooperstown ready! Team dinner at Lombardi's Bar & Restaurant CG Thank you for having us! These boys are spoiled with these baskets of essentials for the trip. Great kids, great coaches, great parents all getting ready for a great week! ⚾️⚾️⚾️

These boys came out to play some great ⚾️this week & have lots of fun off the field too! The team went undefeated in pool play to earn themselves the #3 seed out of 16 teams from CT down to VA. Bad weather on the final day forced the tournament to end early while the boys were winning their quarterfinal game. Regardless, so many wonderful memories were made on & off the field, it was definitely worth the trip. These boys won’t soon forget the Orioles game they attended together, making the Jumbotron, wiffleball, kickball, swimming, Dave & Busters, The Show tournament, team meals, and so on. Can’t wait to see what the rest of the summer holds!

These boys brought the 🔥🔥 and went 4-0 this weekend taking home the chip at the Bring the Heat Tournament ⚾️⚾️⚾️

This is just the beginning…We experienced our first time playing together as a team, we got our first win, loss & tie, we made mistakes together, we made great plays together, whatever we did, we did together. We missed one of our teammates due to injury & can’t wait for him to join us! We made it to the semi-finals on this freezing, snowy, windy weekend but can’t wait to continue this ride, together! ⚾️⚾️⚾️
