Well... it happened again. 🤦♂️
Someone said, "Do you want 7 free goats?"
Now, any normal person would probably think about it first. Me? I was already backing up the cargo trailer before they finished the sentence. 😂
So there we were... me and Sassy, rolling down the road looking like professional goat herders. The goats seemed to have their own opinions about the travel arrangements, and let's just say loading them into a cargo trailer was less "Yellowstone" and more "comedy show."
After a lot of coaxing, bribing, and questioning our life choices, we finally got all 7 goats loaded and headed home.
The good news? We got 7 free goats.
The bad news? We now own 7 more goats. 🤣
If anyone needs us, we'll be out in the pasture trying to convince ourselves that this was a good idea.

Cheap tomato plants, and there's still time to get a harvest off of them, 120 days, roughly until our first roast.
This morning, I heard chickens making a fuss and assumed it was squirrels, however, it turned out to be a 7-foot rat snake in the laying box, the biggest one encountered so far.
