We came across this old photo from 2002 when Coach Sawyers coached Jimmy Jackson at Shepherd College.
Coach Sawyers is in the back row, far left. Jimmy Jackson, now the pitching coach at James Madison University, is in the middle row, third from the right ( #8).
The second photo is of Coach Jackson pitching during his sophomore year in college. (Pitchers, notice how the glove is in front of his chest and not falling off to the side or down by his leg.)
