What do you do on the morning before the snow storm? Of course you move your body with an amazing group of ladies! Our Saturday group was on fire this morning! I want to say thank you so much for the last 7 years! Thank you to everyone who invests in themselves (and keeps us in your budget 😉) and shows up every week to move with us. Thank you so much to my instructors who bring so much knowledge and passion to all of our students. The best part of all of this is that this has turned into so much more than a Pilates studio. It has brought me amazing friendships and the best community. Thank you so much for 7 years and thank you for celebrating with me. Here is to many many more teasers to come!

will be joining us! Bread has a very special meaning in Ukrainian culture. It’s a symbol of life, hospitality, and prosperity. Baking bread passed down from generation to generation in Ukrainian families and it is so wonderful to have delicious bread in our community.
🌻 Here is how it all started:
Fresh Start was born out of a personal quest for stress relief during my husband’s deployment. The name ‘Fresh Start’ holds a special meaning - it’s a nod to the sourdough starter that brings our bread to life, and also a reflection of the new beginning our family found in Moore County.
As a military spouse and mom of two, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to build community. But I’ve discovered that food, especially bread, has a way of bringing people together.
That’s why I’m passionate about helping others provide their loved ones with wholesome, real food. It’s more than just bread - it’s a way to nourish both body and soul.
