We have athletes of all ages that enjoy working out at our box and we offer classes from ages 12 and up.

This weeks myth? You have to be in shape before starting at our CrossFit gym.

This is likely one of the BIGGEST myths about our gym. We encourage you to stop in and notice that almost every athlete is just like you. We have nurses, accountants, first responders, teachers, construction workers, social workers, your neighbors and friends all leaving their pride at the door and focusing on their health. There is no competition and we just want to have a good time.

Our coaches really are trained to help you reach your goals no matter what that is and they can help tailor the workout to meet your needs and where you are. Injuries? No problem. Haven’t ran since PE class? No biggie. Don’t know the difference between a burpee and and push up, you will 😉

We will go over the basics of the foundation movements with an optional on ramp class to be sure you are prepared to join the rest of the class and welcome you to our gym.

We really do welcome everyone and can’t wait to work with you.

If you could tell someone just starting one thing, what would it be?
Jump right in, head first. It’s going to be hard at first but it will pass. Trust the process and it takes time. It’s ok to take it slow and make friends.

For the benefit of all our athletes we are asking that everyone get to their classes on time. This is so we can assure that everyone is warmed up properly and that the classes are starting on time.

With this in mind, starting in April, we will be having the coaches ask for 5 burpees per minute an athlete is late. So please don’t be late 😉
