CADP is about more than sports. It is about helping young people develop discipline, confidence, leadership, accountability, and the mindset needed to succeed in every area of life.

Meet the Founders

Marlon and I usually stay behind the scenes, but with the public launch of Success Journey Society, we felt it was time to share our story.

Thirty years ago, we met at Camp Victory Lake in Hyde Park, New York. Neither of us knew that friendship would one day become a shared mission.

Our paths took different directions through engineering, leadership, military service, public service, coaching, and entrepreneurship, but our purpose remained the same.

To develop people.

Success Journey Sports was created to build more than athletes. Through sports, mentorship, leadership, education, and community, we help people become more than they currently are.

Today, we are proud to introduce Success Journey Society, Success Journey Society the community impact arm of our mission, represented by the Gold of SJS.

Through Society, we will create more opportunities for young people through mentorship, education, leadership development, life skills, and workforce readiness.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this vision.

Success Journey Sports is proud to be an official Jr. NBA/WNBA Leagues location, presented with Sharief Williams LGT Sports Management.

This co-ed youth basketball league gives players the chance to train weekly, compete in Sunday games, and represent the 76ers this season.

Season: August 9 to September 20
Ages: 7 to 11
Rookie Division: Ages 7 to 9
Starter Division: Ages 10 to 11
Includes: Weekly Training + Sunday Games
