A few important details for tonight’s Truck or Treat event:

🎃 Event Timing: 6:30-8 pm

🎃 Please be aware that there won’t be public restrooms available during the event.

🎃 We are solely renting the building and are not directly involved in the event. For any inquiries, kindly message the Abernathy Ministerial Alliance team.

🎃 Kindly supervise your children and maintain respect for our property. This includes refraining from running, discarding trash or gum on the floor, and standing on chairs/pews.

In response to several instances of property damage and inadequate post-event cleanup at our facility this summer, we are implementing a new policy.

Effective immediately, a fee of $300 designated for cleaning and incidentals will be required at the time of booking, in addition to the initial deposit.

Please note that deposits securing reservation dates will remain non-refundable in case of cancellation. However, in the event of cancellation and once the facility has been brought back to an acceptable condition, the cleaning deposit will qualify for a refund.

This policy change applies exclusively to future events and not to previously booked reservations.
