Last weekend of summer recruiting is officially in the books.

After wrapping things up and facing a 5-hour drive home, there was only one place I wanted to be, back at this beautiful field. (Of course I went home first and saw the family) There’s something special about coming home, walking onto the dirt, and making sure it’s ready for what’s ahead.

Now it’s time to turn the page and get excited for a new year and the start of fall ball. I can’t wait to get back to work with this team and see what this season has in store.

The only thing this field is missing right now is the kiddos. It won’t be long before it’s full of energy, competition, and the game we all love.
