Before last night’s fiasco in the modified feature at HOT Speedway, Steve was excited about the performance of his car. Everything was in sync and ready to be competitive. This video is his qualifying heat race, where he placed 2nd.
Well, to say tonight’s racing was an adventure would be an understatement! Steve and the other drivers involved were all ok.👍🏻 🙌 That first lap of the feature definitely thinned out the field. Way to stay alive Cameron, Jimmy, and William! Back to the shop for repairs.

We helped Mason get settled into his new apartment today for his final semester at Texas Tech University, and decided while we were “in the neighborhood” we would do something alittle different! Racing in Abilene tonight. Not quite the same without the group, but Steve is ready to go. Send all those good vibes from home up north!!🍀🏁

Racing tonight in Bells, TX Grayson County Speedway. Steve’s had a lot of work done to his car this week by William Gould Racing 60, so we are hopeful for a good night of driving! Starting the evening in the first heat with a fast group! 🍀👍🏻🏁
