McMurry Rallies in Ninth Inning for 5-4 Victory Over Texas Lutheran at SCAC Baseball Tournament CLEBURNE, Texas -- A three-run ninth inning propelled the fourth-seeded McMurry War Hawks over the top-seeded Texas Lutheran Bulldogs 5-4 in Saturday's game four of the 2026 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Baseball Championship which is being played at La Moderna Field in Cleburne.

McMurry Advances with 11-6 Victory over Hendrix in SCAC Baseball Tournament Action CLEBURNE, Texas -- The fourth-seeded McMurry War Hawks bested the fifth-seeded Hendrix Warriors 11-6 in the second game of the 2026 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Baseball Championship.

SCAC Announces 2026 Baseball Championship Bracket - McMurry University Athletics SUWANEE, GA - The SCAC office tonight announced the bracket for the 2026 baseball tournament, which will begin Thursday, April 30 and be played at La Moderna Field in Cleburne, Texas.

Last Tuesday we had the privilege of going out to Dyess AFB and getting a tour from Base Commander Colonel Justin Diehl. We got to experience a mission brief, tour their facilities, listen to former Air Force Academy athletes talk about their experience and career paths, and then the team got to walk through a C-130 J aircraft. We are so thankful for this opportunity from our friends out at Dyess AFB!! This was such an awesome experience for our team!!!
