The May hustle and bustle of school ending in summer beginning didn’t stop this crew from showing up, putting in the work, and staying committed to their goals. You continued to prove that success isn’t built on motivation alone—it’s built on consistency.

Every class attended, every rep completed, and every day you chose to show up is another step toward becoming a stronger version of yourself.

Today we celebrate one of our longest-standing members at Elevate Crew CrossFit.

Over the past 10 years, there have been periods of absence, struggles with commitment, battles with self-doubt, frustrations, setbacks, lessons learned, and plenty of hard work. Through it all, you’ve always found a way to keep moving forward.

Today marks something special, ONE FULL YEAR of showing up consistently without stopping. 💪

We couldn’t be more proud of you.

The truth is, the ball has always been in your court. The coaching, the community, the support, and the tools have always been here. The difference now is that you’re using them day after day, week after week, and month after month.

Your progress isn’t the result of luck, it’s the result of choices. The choice to show up. The choice to keep going when motivation fades. The choice to trust the process.

This past year has been proof of what can happen when consistency beats excuses.

🇺🇸 Memorial Day Murph 🇺🇸

Today at Elevate Crew CrossFit we honored the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom, especially Lt. Michael Murphy and all of our fallen veterans.

What an incredible morning filled with grit, sweat, support, and community. Amazing people coming together for an amazing cause.

Every mile run, every pull-up, every rep was done with gratitude and remembrance. ❤️🤍💙

Thank you to everyone who showed up, pushed through, and honored the meaning behind Murph. We are proud of this community.
