She will be joining us as a Volunteer Pregnancy Specialist.
She’s passionate and dedicated to supporting women through every stage of pregnancy by providing guidance in safe strength training, healthy weight management, and positive lifestyle habits.
Through personalized support, she helps expecting mothers stay active, build strength, and maintain healthy routines that benefit both mom and baby.
Her focus is on empowering women with the tools and confidence they need to experience a stronger, healthier pregnancy while preparing their bodies for recovery after childbirth.
By emphasizing sustainable behavior change, proper movement, and supportive coaching, she helps mothers achieve lasting results before, during, and after pregnancy.
