Our trip to Boone, NC, on August 19th is full! It is going to be a wonderful day! We do have a running waitlist, so if your plans change and you can no longer attend, please let us know. That way we can welcome someone from the waitlist should a spot open up. Thank you!

The Creeper Trail Walking Club meets tomorrow at the Abingdon Trailhead! We start walking at 9am, and all paces/distances welcome. (300 Green Spring Rd, Abingdon, VA 24210) You are welcome to message me if you plan on joining for the first time and I will make sure we look for you! - Lindsay

We had a great time playing Bingo this morning! Tomorrow, we will still have coffee, lemonade, and treats for The Social Joe after Caris Healthcare shares a presentation. If you have to miss it and need additional information, please let us know!

Tomorrow we will have Mary and Marlenia at The Social Joe to do blood pressure checks from 9am-10:30am! I will be out of town(this is Lindsay speaking), but Susie will have coffee and treats out and ready for you in Room B at the Coomes Center. Cheers and see y'all soon! We look forward to having you come speak again! If you would like more details, specific requests, or would like to visit the Brain Clinic yourself, please let us know. Dr. Andrea left some flyers and contact information; they will do free brain health screenings at their location in Abingdon.
