Great classes tonight. I usually dont like to post a lot pictures of training ( thats how your opponents spot you ) however i was really impressed with how hard everyone worked. Saturdays are our smaller classes usualy but this evening did not disappoint. Sorry we didnt get any pictures of the kids in the kid's classes but they equally did just as well. You guys come join us Tuesday for more of it. Theres plenty of space for everyone, all ages, all skill levels, all physiques

Back to school trial classes available! School starts soon and we are looking for kids from the ages 4-12. We have a large facility and plenty of room for many children who need a lot of room to burn off energy. Send them our way so you can have a few minutes of peace to yourself after work hahaha.
