UPDATE: (11:03AM 9/03/2026) We have spoken to out local ATF office and will be transitioning over to background checks (4473/SP-65) on suppressors! There are specific requirements that must be met concerning this process. We are currently reviewing compliance measures and are determining how best to proceed. Once we have everything figured out we will update this post. Thanks for your understanding.

UPDATE: (2:10PM, 8/13/2026) I have spoken to Silencer Shop and we (both locations) are included within the injunction. This only applies to items directly purchased from Silencer Shop. We highly recommend that if you want a certain item to come in and place orders now before Silencer Shop's inventory is wiped out (it's going fast).
HOWEVER, we have also spoken to our local ATF office and as of this update they have yet to receive any directives, so they will continue to look for Form 4 approvals until told otherwise. (We will continue to update this post as more information becomes available to us)

Valued Customers, With any and all legislative and judicial changes to laws regulating fi****ms and now certain items on the NFA registry we have to figure out how to best navigate them legally. Please allow us a chance to review these changes to see how we are going to proceed. Being that we are a Silencer Shop dealer we will be contacting them directly when they open (they're in Texas) along with a few others to see how to best handle this latest court decision. At the end of the day we are not legal experts we're gun guys who bear a responsibility to protect not only the business but also you, our customers. Thanks for your understanding, and patience. We have received several new handguns, revolvers, rifles, shotguns, and lowers! We are also expecting some suppressors to arrive sometime this Friday so hopefully they'll be available for purchase this weekend. I am also expecting a lot of middle store items to arrive soon.

*I would also like to let you know that we will be moving and replacing things like shelving and reorganizing the store over the next little bit so please be patient with us.
