A great feeling of accomplishment achieving my dream goal of becoming a physical Therapist on August 9th, 2025 with my loved ones there to celebrate this significant milestone for me and my family. Couldn’t have done it without my wife being my rock all the way through it all! Dr. Taylor has a good ring to it!

Just capped off 6 semesters of didactics today at physical therapy school! Pics were taken from my white coat ceremony in late June! Special thanks to my wife, 2 little girls, family, and friend who were my by moral support and cheer squad helping me bear through these 2 grueling years of classes! Now onto one more year of Clinical rotations!

This day always strikes a cord with me in many ways. Reflecting on September 11th, 2001. A day that changed our country, and our world. May it never be forgotten and be a reminder to many that freedom is not free, and we as a country are not immune to attacks on our own soil. God bless the USA 🇺🇸

My Best Friend and his family have recently been dealing with the tragic loss of his younger brother Jordan last month in October. His dear mother Cindy Hammond tragically passed away unexpectedly Thursday, November 10th. She is survived by her Husband Dan Hammond and eldest son Brandon Hammond. They have dealt with two recent major family tragedies and could use all the love and support of the Thousand Oaks Community, friends, family, and those that know them please stop in and check up on them. Decided this is where I'll stop with weight. No need to go higher if not competing. Partially tore both pectoralis majors the week following on Bench. Stretching is super important, and listen to your body. My tendon connecting the chest to the shoulder (pectoralis major) were tender not like the good sore feeling. I should have heeded that warning. Had to take 5 weeks off all weight lifting now rehabbing my chest. Got to take care of your body. It's the only one you've got. Stay strong 💪.
New PR of 330lb, feeling pretty good about that. Now just another 130lb and I caught my dad's record lol 🤦♂️🤘😅
