Firebirds Robotics 433

Last weekend, the Firebirds Robotics team had an amazing victory at the Montgomery District FIRST Robotics Event against 32 other high schools. The team was selected by the Peddie School to form an alliance with Haverford High School. The Firebirds alliance scored 515 points, the highest score recorded in the region this season. The team now ranks 24th out of 143 teams across Pennsylvania. We are currently competing at the Mid-Atlantic Region Championship at Lehigh University! 💜💛

As we wave hello to our first competition of the season tomorrow, we’re taking a second to look back on how our build season’s gone so far!

From Quizzo to CAD meetings and everything in between, it’s been a blast building together to make something we’re proud of. Stay tuned for our post-comp update!

We’re so honored to host this competition about uplifting the women of FIRST every year, and so grateful that you chose to be apart of it!

Thank you to all the teams for helping to make the event so exciting with your competitive spirit and engaging game play. Thank you to all the volunteers who dedicated their time and expertise. And of course, a special shoutout to our mentors and team members who worked to make this possible.

We absolutely couldn’t have done it without you!
