Absarokee Women's Volleyball League

So sad to have to say - we will not be able to have our winter league this year.
But you have not seen the last of me!
Hoping to have a summer volleyball tournament for a fundraiser for Absarokee Lady Huskies Volleyball.

I believe the consensus after the second championship game was to go back to single elimination next year!

Please remind your fans to bring a canned food item to donate to Absarokee area food bank!

Bracket for Sunday. If you lose your first game you are done, after that it is double elimination.
Starts at 2:00 pm
We will be excepting food donations again for spectators.

Wanted to remind everyone- we play our last regular night on Wednesday the 18.
The tournament is SUNDAY the 22nd.
The tournament will start at 2 pm.
It will be single elimination in the first round but double elimination after that so please make sure your team is ready.

Just a few reminders:
If you did NOT play last year you need to sign a liability form before you can play.

Players must play 2 regular season nights to be able to play in the tournament.

Just a reminder that during volleyball games the gym is kind of a danger zone with balls going every which way. With this in mind- kids need to be supervised at all times.

2019 schedule.
Since we only run 4 games the first night we will all play 3 sets no matter what just to get some court time! The rest of season will be best 2/3.

I will be at work in Columbus Monday-Wednesday and at the district volleyball tournament in Absarokee on Thursday and Friday.

Tentatively the start date will be November 13th
If you were the person in charge of a team last year please let me know if you are going to have a team this year.
We can only accommodate 8 teams so I will be giving last years teams first shot at a spot.
We will be charging each team 75 dollars this year. The money will be used to pay teenagers to keep score for the season and tournament and also to purchase a new flip score keeper.
