We provide individualized training from beginners, injury rehabilitation, and senior wellness, all the way to coaching/consulting for world-class athletes
Yury Klimovitsky founded PTI in 2003 after 20 years in physical education and sports training. He started his career at the Olympic Training School in Ukraine as the Head Track and Field Coach after spending time as a member of the Ukrainian National Track and Field Team. In the US he has trained people seeking improvements in general health and fitness to world class competitive athletes.
Training at PTI is based on a scientific European fitness model. PTI trainers create individual programs by starting with focused analysis of your performance, whether it be in a competitive sport or in daily living. We will then assist you in developing realistic performance goals based on our extensive experience with a range of ages and capabilities. By comparing your baseline performance with your performance goals, PTI trainers determine the critical muscles that need to be strengthened and conditioned to allow you to reach the next step in progress toward your performance goals.
I hope everyone is still going strong with their New Years resolutions :). Just remember setting small reachable goals will help you conquer those bigger goals down the road.
And if you have a little time in-between all those push ups and planks we would really appreciate it if you could give us a review. Link below!! Thanks!!!

We have had an array of talented older population throughout the years that have sought our help in speed training. We have had adults that went on to compete at master competitions and others that wanted help to keep up with their grandchildren. Regardless of the reason we are here to help.
peakendurancesport.com As John Shepherd explains, the bad news is that speed declines with age; the good news is that you can arrest, even reverse, this degenerative process Of all the physiological variables, speed seems to get written off most quickly as we age. Football pundits make jokes about outfield players being ....
When Training for speed, recovery is as important as the drill it self. To fully gain speed performance, you must train at full potential speed. Not possible when the athlete can't catch their breath in-between sets. Train smart for better results. It is not as simple as going out to the field and doing a few sprints and hoping it will make you faster.

Coach McAlpine on Vergura: "Maddy is a very good passer of the ball. She is a playmaker out of the midfield and has the ability to link play and see things that a lot of people don't see. I think she is going to be fantastic as a player who helps us build the attack and keep the ball for long periods of time.

Jackie has been at PTI for 4 years going on 5. She came in when she was just 9 looking to supplement her figure skating with speed/agility and injury preventive training. She approaches every workout with a huge smile 😊 and a great attitude. Judging by her form and technique you wouldn’t believe how old she is. At such an young age to be able to handle constructive feedback is fantastic and well beyond kids her age. We are lucky to have a great kid with an excellent driven attitude at our facility.
