Mounted Shooting Practice is scheduled monthly at Vincent Hill Arena in Acton starting at 10 am - we are usually done by 1:00 pm check FB page for upcoming dates.

A mounted shooting organization affiliated with the national organization CMSA(Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association) who produces multiple events throughout the year. Our sport is composed of shooting balloons off of horseback while engaging a specified course. We use two .45 LC revolvers to shoot at the balloons. Scoring is caculated by the rider's time and number of balloons hit on the course. Rider classification is determined by ability, age, and gender. Our local arena is the Vincent Hill Arena right off the Hwy 14 in Acton, CA. located 45 Northeast of Los Angeles.

Mission: Produce a fun and exciting equistrian sporting event for you and your horse to enjoy, as well as joining in on lots of good camaradie with all the other mounted shooters.
