Dae Han is an establishment that was founded to help bring a better quality of life to our community. We are the best local martial arts school in the Acworth, Kennesaw, Powder Springs, and Woodstock area, and have been providing the highest quality Traditional Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, and Gum Do

Our purpose is to help people realize the benefits of fitness, and gain a sound mind and fit body through Martial Arts Training, and improve their overall quality of life. Everybody can benefit in many different areas of life as they are training in traditional Martial Arts: self-discipline, self-confidence, concentration, agility, mental alertness, stress release, physical improvement, self-defense, weight loss. As the premier martial arts school in the area, we guarantee you to realize the most results from your effort and time spent training with us. To maximize your benefits, the masters and instructors at Dae Han have developed the highest level of knowledge in Martial Arts, and they are experienced and certified teachers and trainers. We strongly believe in traditional way and training methods of the martial arts, which date back to over 5000 years old. The core purpose of the training centers on developing self-discipline, respect, honor and integrity. These values help to bring people into a better understanding of themselves and build a closer relationship with their community. Our student body consists of people of all ages, from 3 year old children to senior adult men and women. Each class we offer for the different age groups is specifically structured to best reach and teach that group. By concentrating on addressing issues and aspects pertinent to that age group, we can help them apply the teachings and tenets of the Martial Arts to help them manage the events in their lives. Concerning children, a solid moral core is one of the most important things a child can develop. They become better students, stronger family members, more loyal friends, and more responsible citizens. The Traditional Tae Kwon Do we teach at our school combines fun, fitness, and a strong core of values to keep kids positively entertained while helping them reach their fullest potential. Kids learn the idea of attention, discipline and respect towards seniors, teachers and parents. They study harder, focus better in class, and are more confident in social activities! Teens and Adults will find Traditional Martial Arts to be the best total body workout available today. The training is challenging, interactive, and educational while remaining balanced, and individualized to suit each students unique levels of fitness and experience. Benefits of continued training include increase in muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and coordination. Mental sharpness, concentration and reaction time will increase, because Traditional Training requires your mind to be alert, active, engaged, and aware during practice. Most importantly, students will develop a better satisfaction with life by forging new bonds of friendship, accomplishing goals and building self confidence, and releasing stress from the events of their lives. We believe in Martial Arts and business. But most importantly, we believe in helping each other, and we believe in growing together. Happy Holidays!
I want to thank all of our Dae Han Families for their support throughout the year. Also, we want special thanks to all the families that gave us gifts, cards, and loves to our Dae Han Staff. We truly enjoy teaching all the students at Dae Han. We also know the students with good martial arts spirits and parents with endless support are what makes Dae Han the best.

I wish everyone to have safe and joyful holidays!
