On The Hunt for my next project!

Our latest project is done!! We bought this mid century brick ranch in Feb and flipped it in two months. Wouldn't even get a chance to have an open house because through word of mouth someone came and saw it this past weekend and put an offer on it on the spot. So we are under contract and closing at the end of the month!!

The Davis Mill project is done and on the market! This one was a lot of fun and super quick! Hoping to find a great family to love it!

Davis Mill Update: More progress...and a little dumpster diving! Got the butcher block counters in and the backsplash half done! Bill is working on rebuilding the front porch. Tadd learned how to use the tile saw...happy days!
