Today I had the pleasure of teaching a private Pilates session to the incredible Dr. Tisha Corey 💛
Can you spot some asymmetry in these pictures of Tisha during her private session today? 👀
This is exactly why private Pilates sessions can be so valuable.
While group classes can be fun, motivating, and incredibly effective… private sessions allow us to really slow down and look at your body specifically. We can identify movement patterns, asymmetries, tightness, weaknesses, compensations, posture habits, and areas that may be contributing to discomfort or limitation.
Those little details are often impossible to fully address in a group setting.
In a private session, the workout becomes completely individualized so we can:
✨ Improve balance and alignment
✨ Strengthen weaker areas
✨ Increase mobility where it’s needed
✨ Fine-tune form and technique
✨ Modify around injuries or limitations
✨ Create a program based on YOUR body and goals
Even an occasional private session can give you so much insight into how your body moves and what it truly needs.

This is what it’s all about… showing up, putting in the work, and somehow still making it fun (and adorable).
Strong bodies, supportive friendships, and a little bit of pink Pilates magic ✨

🌀 Ever feel like your arms are just… doing their own thing?
“In Tai Chi your arms do not move except as part of your body. If they act independently, the exercise is worthless.”
- Cheng Man Ching
Rooted in the feet.
Powered by the legs.
Directed by the waist.
Expressed through the hands.
When your body is connected,
movement becomes smoother, stronger, and more natural.
Tai Chi isn’t about isolated motion.
It’s about integration.
💬 Are you moving as one… or in pieces?
