He’s So Worthy! 🙌🏾✝️

No matter the season, the storm, or whatever you’re going through… GOD IS SO WORTHY TO BE PRAISED!

No test, no testimony! Even when we don’t understand the journey, we can trust the One who walks with us.

He is ALWAYS in control, regardless of our situation, circumstances, or challenges. Our struggles don’t diminish His power, and our storms don’t cancel His promises!

I may not know what tomorrow holds, but I KNOW who holds tomorrow!

HEALTH UPDATE — STILL TRUSTING. STILL PRAISING. STILL BELIEVING! 🙏🏾✝️💟

Hey Family!

This is an update I had hoped I wouldn’t have to make public. But after word began circulating, the calls, messages, and emails poured in—to me, Rhonda, family members, and friends.

! I am truly humbled and deeply grateful for your love, encouragement, support, and prayers. To know that so many people are lifting us up… it touches my heart more than words can explain.

Anyone who knows me knows that MY FAITH is the foundation of my life—through every storm, every victory, and everything in between. These current challenges have given me even more reasons to lean on God and appreciate the people He has placed beside me.

My incredible bride, Rhonda… what a blessing you are! Along with a few amazing pockets of FAMILY-family (You Know) who knew what we were facing, and several others who have quietly shown up with extraordinary love—you have helped carry us through some emotional days. Please keep my phenomenal bride lifted up in prayer!🙏🏾

As Rhonda and I make another one-hour drive for what we pray will be my FINAL radiation session, I’m thanking God. Even these trips have held a blessing: two hours together to talk, reflect, encourage each other, and appreciate the gift of another day.

Here’s where things stand, based on the update Rhonda shared with our family:

My doctors reported that the PET scan and brain MRI showed no additional areas of cancer, so the treatment is focused on the lesion on my rib. The plan called for five radiation sessions, and today we pray we’re completing the last one! The main side effect the doctor anticipated was fatigue.

After radiation, the plan is for me to take oral medication to help suppress future recurrences of kidney cancer cells. My oncologist explained that traditional chemotherapy isn’t part of my treatment plan.

I’m doing well, my spirits are good, and I am taking this journey one day, one prayer, and one step at a time.

I’m praising God for everything He has already done—and everything He continues to do in my life. If He does nothing else, He has already done enough!

Until He calls me home, I will continue to praise Him, trust Him, worship Him, love Him, and use whatever strength He gives me to encourage somebody else.

There is still love to give. Still purpose to fulfill. Still somebody who needs to hear, “I BELIEVE IN YOU!”

Whatever you’re facing today, I pray you’ll find strength for the next step. Let somebody love you through it. Let somebody pray with you. You don’t have to carry every heavy moment by yourself.

Please keep Rhonda and me in your prayers—and keep EACH OTHER lifted up, too. So many people are fighting battles we know nothing about. Satan is busy, but my trust remains in God!

Thank you for loving us through this chapter. My heart is full.

Super Proud of Our Guy Hunter Henry!

Hunter Henry returns as a captain for the third straight year, continuing to serve as a steady presence in the tight end room and a trusted target in the passing game. His professionalism and consistency have made him a respected voice among teammates.

"I think that anything you ask [Hunter] to do, it comes very easy and he's very instinctive and he's got a good feel for the game. So, those are all positives, and I think that leads to his consistency," said Vrabel at the start of camp this summer.
