Happy Spring Radiant Souls! We are shaking off the winter hibernation and planting our seeds.
Spring is represents the Wood Element. Think a lush emerald green forest. Those trees took there time and grew from a seedling.
Like those trees we too grow at our own pace.
To purge in the Spring we are waking up the tendons and stretching the fascia.
In this practice Competeing Dragons we are stretching and spiraling through the neck, shoulders and arms.

Sometimes we can get too serious in our lives.
Bringing playful movement in can help us find the joy and light feeling again.
Double hinge tea cups is one of my favorites when I feel stuck.
This is a full body opener. It opens the front, back and sides of the body. Stretching the tendons in the hips, shoulders and wrists.
It clears tension and reminds us to play and have fun. It reminds a lot of dancing.

As we are all aware there is lots of fear and gaslighting going on in the world.
This fear is an emotion that affects our kidney Qi.
In this practice, the corrisol flush,we are going to remove the fearful energy and bring in calm and tranquility.

However, we are still being exposed to external pathogens that can effect our immune system.

Crouching Tiger is an invigorating practice for the lungs.
The lungs are our commanders of Qi and we are also grounding by bringing qi up the legs.
The lungs assist the energetic immune system called Wei Qi that is around the body.

We are coming out of late summer into Autumn.
However, we can always access grounding practices like gathering the Earth to keep us centered and nourish our digest organs.
