⚡FAST FEET FRIDAY!⚡

Great players don’t just react — they move with purpose! 💨 Speed and agility are about more than running fast. They help athletes change direction quickly, improve reaction time, maintain balance, and get to the ball before the competition.

And guess what? These skills aren't just for baseball and softball! 👀

🥍 Lacrosse — Explode past defenders and change direction on a dime.
🏈 Football — Accelerate, cut, and react to the play.
⚽ Soccer — Move into space and beat defenders to the ball.
🏀 Basketball — Improve defensive footwork and drive to the basket.
🏐 Volleyball — React quickly and get into position for the next play.
🤼 Wrestling — Improve footwork, balance, and quick reactions.

No matter the sport, faster feet and sharper movements can give athletes an advantage. The goal isn't just to move faster — it's to move smarter, quicker, and more efficiently.

🔥 Put in the work today. Your future self on the field will thank you!

📚⚾ Happy World Teachers’ Day! 🍎

Today, Cage Time is celebrating the incredible teachers who show up every day to help our kids learn, grow, and become the best versions of themselves—both in the classroom and beyond it.

Teachers do so much more than teach lessons. They encourage, challenge, support, inspire, and sometimes become the person who makes all the difference in a young athlete’s day.

To every teacher, coach, educator, and school staff member in our community—THANK YOU! Your impact reaches far beyond the classroom, and we appreciate everything you do for our kids.

From all of us at Cage Time: Train. Compete. 1% Better. And thank you to the teachers helping our kids do exactly that every day! 🙌
