We are a community of people committed to improving our bodies, minds and ultimately lives.

Since 2012, owner Callie Christian has been committed to finding balance and success in her health and fitness while juggling the demands of life, work, and being mom and wife and helping others do the same. She began instructing bootcamps in 2013 to train and encourage women to live their best lives through physical fitness. She realized that when you keep first things first, invite God into your fitness journey and stay consistent in spiritual and physical training, that a passion and zeal for all other areas of life are ignited. Ignite Fitness has been a dream of hers that has unfolded in different ways, in different seasons, ultimately becoming a studio that is redefining fitness.
