Dear Oak Hills Family,

As many of you know, we recently launched the Roots of Oak Hills Tree Dedication Program in an effort to replenish the trees we’ve lost on our beautiful course. Since that announcement, we’ve sadly lost two more mature Trees — each one a quiet witness to thousands of rounds played, friendships formed, and memories made.

Through this program, we’re giving members the opportunity to dedicate a tree in honor of a loved one, in your family’s name, or simply to show your love for Oak Hills. Trees will be delivered, professionally planted, and guaranteed by Marcums Nursery in OKC. They’ll be placed in thoughtfully selected locations that preserve the integrity of play while restoring the beauty of our grounds.

To participate:
Please drop off your donation check to Veronica Young in the office by July 1, with “Tree Dedication” in the memo line. See the attached flyer for donation level details.

This is your chance to leave a lasting legacy at Oak Hills — one that will grow for generations to come.

We’re thrilled to kick off the celebration of Oak Hills Golf & Country Club’s 100th Birthday with the launch of our Roots of Oak Hills Tree Dedication Program!

As many of you know, the past few years have taken a toll on our beautiful oak trees due to severe storms. As we approach our 2026 Centennial, what better way to honor our historic course than by planting new oaks that will stand tall for the next 100 years?

🌳 The Roots of Oak Hills Program allows members and families to dedicate a tree in memory of a loved one or in celebration of their legacy. Trees will be planted in pre-approved locations—primarily where we’ve lost trees—without affecting play.

Any funds raised beyond the cost of the trees will support:

Much-needed Clubhouse Improvements
Golf Cart Repairs
The launch of our Centennial Legacy Fund for long-term planning and preservation
🗓️ Donation deadline is June 30th.
💵 Make checks payable to Oak Hills and drop them off with our office manager.
