Join me at 9 am Tuesday and Thursday mornings at the Findlay ymca for aqua Zumba ! Join me for Zumba every weds night at grace gospel church!
Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo, just to name a few. Squats and lunges may also be included. One can burn between 500-1000 calories in ONE hour of Zumba!

After our recent boiler issues, we're almost fully back up and running at the Downtown Branch! Both pools will REOPEN TONIGHT (Wednesday, Feb. 12) at 5:30 p.m. and resume normal scheduling, which can be found here: https://www.findlayymca.org/schedules. These classes are open to the public - no age limit but every participant must actively participate in the class to the best of their ability.
Beginning the week of June 6
Mondays - Findlay Riverside Pool 7-7:45 p.m. $4/class
Tuesdays - Bluffton Pool 6-6:45 p.m. $7/class (or ten class
punch card for $50)
Wednesdays - Ada Pool 6-6:45 p.m. (cost as above)
