Reps and Sets

Reps and Sets Reps and Sets are glad to welcome Hardcore, Professional and Amateur lifters. Our gym will cater to a very broad spectrum of lifters and Gym goers.

We are a new gym coming to town that will offer a wide array of options to gym goers. For those who are power lifters and/or strength training we will offer Chains and Bands for explosive and negative reps along with Chalk for those who enjoy getting the MOST out of their lifts from Dead lifts to Cleans. Reps and Sets will also have New Cardio equipment which will be elevated from the gym floor and looking out over the gym at lifters and equipment. Our members will also have large turf covered floor at the front of the gym for Stretching and Plyometric exercises. We also understand that some of our members would enjoy coming in and not having to touch a free weight so we have a circuit area with Machines that will allow for a full body workout in 30 minutes. Our dumbbells are going to be top of the line Round head and rubber coated up to 140 Lbs so that we can ensure the heaviest option for our lifters.

Whats up to all our heavy lifters!!
Added some heavy chains for the powerlifting room folks. Set on the left is 20 lbs a piece and the set on the right is 13 lbs a piece. Put them back where they are after each use. These stay in here not to be removed.

We always put our best sets in at this gym regardless who enters and inspire all that come through our doors. Albert Jones in the lifts and Callie Jones as our back bone, we always look forward to seeing folks grow and do better. Thanks to Ashley for all that you do here, injured or not always in house and The Kraken 🦑 Χριστόφορος (Silas) for the support that you both give to help us be that community that we are.

Hello friends and Family!!
Been making some upgrades and additions here before the big move in date. We've added a hammerstrength ground base to the floor thats great for RDLs, Deadlifts, lunges and split squats. We also started upgrading our treadmills with a new Precor touchscreen tread and another Matrix treadmill this past month. Thank you for all your support!!! More to come in the coming weeks.

Folks, I could not be more pleased with the turn out over the past two weeks. We've had so many compete and even more of you come out and support. I always wanted to grow a community that folks could grow and support one another. Thats been the most important part of this journey. Yesterday showed me that that is exactly what we have been able to achieve. Traveling from the Powerlifting meet
to the Bodybuilding show
I was able to reflect a good bit on what we've done.

we are grateful to have had been able to be able to compete in your communities and look forward each year going forth in doing so.

I know alot of you hear me say I love you all and may take it with a grain of salt. Its true though. I have never felt better about what we've been able to put together. Members, clients, trainers and past, Thank you, thank you, thank you. I cannot wait to build this new space for all of us. You all deserve the best!!!
