Every lesson, Elyse keeps gaining another mph! She has been working hard on her arm path and whip. Way to go, Elyse! 🥎

Elyse gained another mph since she came her last lesson 2 weeks ago! We have some front side resistance and whip to work on, but once that comes together, she’s going to be in the 50 mph club in no time!

Elyse Getgen, an 8th grader from Sackets started coming to lessons just 3 weeks ago. Starting off at 35mph, she just reached 41mph.. an increase of 6mph in 3 weeks is incredible! Great work, Elyse!! 🥎❤️

Dunamisse Pacheco, a 7th grader from Watertown started off last summer at an average speed of 36mph. She has been coming to lessons on and off the last few months with her busy schedule and still managed to increase her speed 5mph! (The pocket radar deleted her 41mph speed!😬) Way to go, Namisse!! 🥎💜

May and June are busy with games, practices, and rescheduled games! I will do my best to fit everyone in, but I have 3 kids playing right now, so bear with me!! 🥎
