Our 4Ever Dance Pirate Party is coming up Saturday, September 19th, and we need a few more little pirates to help this ship set sail! ⚓️💗

Tomorrow is the registration deadline so I have enough time to order supplies and get everything prepped for our adventure.

We’ll have pirate-themed dancing, games, creative movement, imaginative play, and plenty of swashbuckling fun! 🗺️🦜✨

Handstand — easy, most people will never be able to do one.

Cartwheel — you mastered that when you were 4, most people never master it.

Flipping — it’ll be your party trick forever.

Pull-ups, leg lifts, push-ups — your daily conditioning, most people can’t do them.

Flipping on 4 inches — most people can’t walk on a curb without wobbling.

You’re special. You’re unique. You’re built different.

Remember that on the hard days.

Holy cow… how are we already almost through August?!

While working on our **September newsletter**, I realized I never actually posted August’s! Oops! 🤦‍♀️

We kicked off the 2026–2027 season with a **fresh new newsletter design** to help keep our FG families better informed and everything in one easy place.

So, better late than never… **here’s August!**

And yes… September is already in the works! 😉

Perfect for some extra one-on-one time to work on specific skills, build confidence, or get a little extra practice in!

A huge THANK YOU to Adams Rescue for coming over to Fantastic Gymnastics last night for some hands-on training! ❤️

We invited their crew in to practice how to safely respond to and remove someone from our gymnastics pit in the event of an injury or emergency.

We sincerely hope this is training we never have to use, but when it comes to the safety of our athletes, coaches, and families, we always want to be prepared. 💙

We are so grateful to have an amazing local rescue team willing to come into our facility, learn the space and equipment, and prepare right alongside us. Thank you, Adams Rescue, for everything you do for our community! 🚑❤️
