Dear Friends and Family,

Last week, our 18 year old son Jake O'Day (former Chicago Flame) was rushed to Loyola Medical Center after a near fatal car wreck. After severe damage to his internal organs from the impact of the crash, he underwent life saving surgery to address internal bleeding with repair of his liver and removal of his spleen.

Desperate times call for desperate measures and we very humbly ask for your help in continuing to spread the word. We are overwhelmed with the outpouring of support, compassion and messages of hope so far.

Anything you can do to assist would be greatly appreciated as every little bit makes all the difference right now. Whether a donation, share of this link to your page or groups or even positive healing thoughts, all are appreciated beyond measure.

🔥 Mite 2 had an amazing weekend up at the Shamrock Shuffle Tournament in South Bend. The team got a tour of the official Notre Dame locker room, spent time by the pool together, and made special memories to wrap up a great season. These boys played hard on and off the ice. They’ve shown so much progress since the start of the season and made the coaches and families very proud. Great job Flames!
