✨ What a perfect way to end an incredible Nationals week! ✨

Getting to see “Small Town Girl” take the stage one more time at the Gala was such a special moment. Watching this routine receive so much recognition and then perform again among some of the event’s standout performances was truly unforgettable.

We are beyond proud of every SGDC dancer for their hard work, dedication, growth, and heart throughout the week. From performances and classes to awards and memories made, each dancer represented South Georgia Dance Company with excellence.

Thank you to our dancers, families, teachers, and supporters for making this week so special. We are leaving Nationals with full hearts, amazing memories, and so much excitement for what’s ahead. 💜🖤

✨ Congratulations, Macey! ✨

Macey competed in the Teen Solo division today and did a beautiful job on stage! 💜🖤 We are so proud of her hard work and dedication, which earned her a Platinum adjudication. 🌟

In addition to competing, Macey also participated in a Contemporary Master Class yesterday taught by one of the competition judges, continuing to learn and grow throughout the week.

We are so proud of you, Macey, and can’t wait to see all that you accomplish! 💜✨

Our Senior Lyrical piece, “A Love Letter to NYC,” received a Platinum Award and a special Judges Award, “Simply Sweet.” 💌🗽

Our Senior Tap routine, “Small Town Girl,” had an incredible performance, earning:
⭐ Platinum Award
🏆 Champion of the Category
🥇 6th Overall High Score
🎭 Kennedy Elliott received a Tap Choreography Award
✨ Invited to perform again at the Gala!

We are so proud of these dancers and the hard work, dedication, and heart they continue to put on the stage. Watching them grow as performers and represent SGDC so beautifully is such a blessing. 💜

One thing we love most about our dancers is their commitment to never stop learning! Yesterday, our girls stepped outside of competition and into the classroom, taking two incredible Master Classes, one in Musical Theatre and one in Jazz. ✨

They showed up ready to learn, work hard, and challenge themselves, and they absolutely ROCKED it! 🌟

We are so proud of their willingness to continue growing as dancers and artists. Great dancers aren’t just made on stage, they’re made through dedication, training, and a desire to keep pushing themselves to be better every day.
