Pistols are great... but the rifle is the queen of the battlefield. Nothing like letting some .308 go with an M1A.

When a Marine is down, it's Corpsman up. Happy Birthday to all the hard charging Navy Docs out there that have been
running into the gunfire to save Marines since 1898!
Today we raise a glass to the most decorated of all U.S. Navy ratings! Now, go change your socks and drink some water...

So, today was supposed to be a run day (relax, I don’t run in closed areas, and I run far away from any other people.) As luck would have it, it was pouring down rain... and I was feeling like a bit of a we**ie, so no rain run. Instead, I hijacked my wife’s spin bike and put in a 30 min HIIT ride (using an online training app that rhymes with melaton) ... well it kicked my butt (figuratively and literally... that bike seat...). Moral of the story; adapt, improvise and overcome... and don’t be afraid to try something new, it just might surprise you... Hope you are taking care of your bodies while under lockdown; you never know when you're gonna need them to be at their best. Stay safe, stay well!

So you went out and bought a boom stick for the apocalypse... First, welcome to the world of firearm ownership, glad to have you as part of the club! Also, you don't want to survive Armageddon, only to end up accidentally shooting yourself or a loved one; so please, please, please, follow all the below fi****ms safety rules at all times (seriously, always)!
1. Treat every firearm as if it were loaded.
2. Never point a firearm at anything you don't want to shoot.
3. Keep your finger straight and off the trigger until you are ready to fire.
4. If your firearm has an external safety, keep your firearm on safe until you intend to fire. (Also, all safeties are mechanical devices that can and will fail, so please never ever use having the safety on as reason to ignore the other safety rules, all rules must be followed all the time.)
Bonus: When the time comes for you to pull that trigger, know your target, what is in front of it, and what is behind it.
Also, please follow all your local and state guidelines in regard to firearm storage. For real... Don't just leave your gun/guns lying around... lock that bad boy up. You bought it to protect your family, right? Good... Now don't put them in danger by letting your kids get their hands on a loaded firearm.
Go forth, be safe, be well!
