At DVG, being naturally talented isn’t a requirement to begin your jiujitsu journey. Here’s what we look for instead….Coachable — willing to listen, receive correction, and try again. Courageous — willing to participate, put forth effort, and keep going when something is difficult—even when they feel nervous, frustrated, or unsure of themselves. Contributor — cares about their teammates and helps make the room better, not just themselves better.
