Why stretch? Stretching helps increase range of motion, improve circulation, benefits improved posture, and increases flexibility. PLUS, stretching feels great!

The Butterfly stretch can increase flexibility and lengthen the hamstrings. This can help to improve posture and reduce lower back pain. Stretch to the point of tension and hold. Hold each stretch for at least 15 seconds. Breathe deeply. Avoid bouncing or excessive pulling.
