Sunday was my last workout day and it encompassed a nice run around Haleiwa which took about 25 minutes. Then I added some nice squats and abs!!

Pumping it out!! Last night I got my Ultimate Sandbag!!! So I broke the sucker in and used it at the beach to workout!!!
Look Hot Naked Workout
12 rounds of single arm cleans and lunges and push ups oh my!
1. Single arm clean and lunge w side knee kick - left
2. Frog jump and L&R knee spider push up
3. Single arm clean and lunge w side knee kick - right
4. Push up with cross knee tucks
Abs
1. twists
2. v-up left
3. v-up right
Butt and Leg scupt
50 reps per leg

1. Sandbag squat (15) modified by doing a single leg lift on the ball.
2. Alt plank knee tucks (30 total)
3. Shoulder Press (15)
4. Bent over row (15)
Cardio:
high knees skipping with punches (8 round at 50/10)
Strength cool down:
1. Squat (15)
2. Push ups (15)
Worked it out!!! Last night it took sheer willpower and simply just the goal to get dressed to workout and start working out without even thinking about it. It's tough because when I get home all I really want to do is eat dinner and relax. But I'm damn well proud when I do get my workout in!

Day 3!! Yah it's been a while haha. But I did it!
The workout below is what I did Tuesday. I don't have the sandbag so I substituted a 12lb weight. Although short it kicked my b***y! Did a 5 minute bike session prior just to warm up!

This one was a killer!!! But when I was done, I was sweating and tired but revved and totally stoked that I finished it!!
Results: (I don't have a sand bag so I used 12 lb weights)
This was a timed thing so my total time: 17:29!!
1) Alternating hand sand bag swing (modified slightly)
2) Shovel left using the Pink Sandbag
3) Shovel right using the Pink Sandbag
4) Clean and Press Left using the Pink Sandbag
5) Clean and Press Right using the Pink Sandbag
Ab Routine using your interval timer to 10/50 and use your BodyRock Equalizer. (No Equalizer for me)
1) Reptile PushUp using the BodyRock Equalizer: 20
2) Mountain Climbers using the BodyRock Equalizer: 41
3) Star Push Ups: 10 (Killer!)

Anywho's I did the Fitness Test for Day 1/Week 1. Here are my results:
Fit Test: 8 exercises @ 50 sec each to do as many as you can with 10 sec rest in between
1. Squat jumps: 25
2. Push ups: 20
3. Burpees: 10
4. High knees: 140
5. Switch lunges: 24
6. Tuck jumps: 10
7. Tricep dips: 30
8. Straight abs: 30
I encourage you all to get into something that will challenge you in mind, body and spirit! I recommend Bodyrock because the workouts are intense, short and amazing! Let's do this!
