This Saturday, August 12 at 7AM Coach Cyrus will be taking us up Kokohead for a morning hike/workout for this weekend’s Sunrise Circuits. We’ll meet at the parking lot at 7am and start walking up at 7:15am! Hope to see you there!

CJJF In-House Tournament Update! Our In-House tournament will be held at the CJJF HQ location in Hawaii Kai on Saturday, May 6. For child competitors, please arrive at 8:30am. Kids tournament will begin at 9am. Adults tournament will begin at 1pm. We look forward to seeing you all there and have a good time!
