The Roll Back😊 Great exercise for spinal articulation and shoulder stability. Adding rotation for more flexibility and strength through the core muscles always and added bonus. In Balance Aiken offering private and semi private pilates sessions in downtown Aiken.

It is with my great pleasure to announce In Balance Aiken has a new location at 116 Pendleton Street Sw. In Balance Aiken relocated temporarily (147 Pendleton Street Nw) after the sale of its prior location. I am proud and looking forward to In Balance Aiken’s future !
